The TCB website designer(s) accepts no responsibility for any individuals use and/or any groups use of information recieved in any way from The TCB website. The responsibility for such lies with the individuals and/or group themselves.
Any digital data, information, software, files, objects, wysiwyg’s, widgit’s, or any information of any kind copied, downloaded, taken, saved, passed on from or otherwise recieved from the website of the Thames Citizens’ Band (Inc.) or tcb.greenslade.co.nz and any of its pages or any other link by which the same information from these pages has been passed will be henceforth know as “Data.”

- All Data from The TCB website can only be used for the positive promotion of Thames Citizens' Band (Inc) and any of its members.
- All Data may be used for the financial benefit of Thames Citizens' Band.
- No personal Data may be used in any way without the written permission of Greenslade Creative and/or their representative(s) as well as the permission of the individual whose personal Data it is.
- If permission for the use of any Data has not been granted, has a time limit and that limit has been reached and has not been renewed, or permission for whatever reason has been removed, the Data must be immediately returned to Greenslade Creative and/or deleted from any device on which it has been saved, stored and/or otherwise made a copy of without exception.
- All Data useage is always subject to the laws of New Zealand regarding the use of such Data.
Any breach of these Terms and Conditons may result in Legal action being taken against an individual and/or group responsible for that breach. All Costs, Interest charged, collection and/or reposession fees, fines and/or penalties will be at the expense of the individual and/or group responsible for said breach not that of Greenslade Creative and/or any of its representative(s).
